Merry Christmas to One and All

The amazing Heather House Community Cafe team have hung up their aprons for 2025 and will be back on the 5th January 2026 to continue their community support.

Our emergency food parcel and general collect and delivery community champion Trevor Williams is having some well earnt time off to recharge his batteries (or maybe he is helping the big man with his deliveries?!) – back resuming service from 27th December

The rest of the team are getting the last few festive shops done before taking sometime with loved ones

But there is still time for a few last Thankyou’s over the last week:

Thankyou to the local team at Suez, Sittingbourne, Milton & District Scouts and those that took part in the Cafe’s giving tree. This support made this years festive food parcels and Christmas gifts all possible. An amazing contribution helping 35 households and spread a little festive cheer. With the remaining children’s presents shared with Demelza Charity.

Thanks also go to our lovely Mayoress of Swale, Morrisons Community Sittingbourne , Mcnealy Brown Group Limited and those that have dropped items into Heather House Community Cafe over the last week. The team loves having visitors and having the chance to share in what we do thankyou one and all

We wish all of our beneficiaries, volunteers, supporters and donors a very Merry Festive season. Without you all we wouldn’t be able to support, grow and learn

We look forward to the challenges of 2026 and how to improve further the support to our community
